THOMAS EFSTATHIU
Founding Partner
During his 10 years’ experience, Thomas has tackled multiple challenges in very different contexts - in France, Greece, Switzerland and the United States - on issues of strategy and management, at every key step of the value chain. Driven by his interest in the complexities of the financial sector, Thomas has been focusing on the resilience of financial institutions and their impact on the real economy.
VIALYBER is the result of a factual observation : the disillusionment of consultants frustrated by their profession is the direct consequence of the loss of the consulting model’s relevance as well as the lack of foresight regarding its upcoming challenges.
Thomas believes that the step towards independence that he has applied to himself is the key to a new generation of consultants, and a new concept of consulting, creating a true virtuous circle for clients.

AMANDINE COLS, CONSULTANT
Having graduated from the Controlling, Finance & Organization (CFO) Master at ESCE International Business School in Paris, Amandine is interested in operational strategy, innovation and also the world of finance.
She has gained experience in product & marketing assistant but also in marketing strategy consulting. She was able during these experiences, in particular, to advize on international implementations but also to analyze flow statistics or even to identify areas for improvement. Amandine joined VIALYBER as an intern in 2022, very invested, she has since joined the permanent team.
Today, within VIALYBER, Amandine wishes to support her clients on topics around operational excellence and their transofrmation.

NINA Simonnet, JUNIOR CONSULTANT
Following the validation of a Bachelor of Administration at Montpellier Busines School, in double degree with the IAE of Montpellier in Sciences and Technologies, Nina enrolled at Grenoble Management School to finish her Master’s degree in the Grande Ecole Program.
Currently pursuing a Master 2, she has chosen to undertake the work-study consulting specialization with VIALYBER.
During her years or study, Nina accumulated experience in HR, Category Management, assistant, but also in consulting where she completed internships in change mangement as well as “People and Change”.

GAETAN PRIMOT, OFFICE MANAGER
After studying management, Gaetan chose a work-study Associate Degree in SME management.
Interested in consulting, he chose VIALYBER in order to gain knowledge in business management but also to get a first hands-on experience in consulting.
Having joined the VIALYBER team, Gaetan is in charge of the administrative part of the company, the maintenance of the website as well as the management of the VIALYBER freelance community.

PIERRE GUERIN
Founding Partner
Pierre has acquired 10 years of experience in consulting for financial services - in France and at the international level - within various but complementary structures. He has worked in consulting firms, financial institutions and even for a startup analysing the digital performance of banks.
Pierre has been immersed at the very heart of the major transformations that have disrupted the banking and financial services sector. One belief has emerged from his experience : financial services and consulting must reinvent themselves.
After experiencing the freelance model, Pierre wanted to go even further by co-founding a consulting boutique. VIALYBER combines his entrepreneurial spirit and his willingness to transform the consulting profession in order to better respond to the current challenges.

kenza guessous, consultant
As an ESSEC Business School graduate with a Masters in Strategy and Management of International Business, and with a marketing background, Kenza is interested in the digital performance of financial institutions as well as their CSR stakes.
Before joining VIALYBER, she acquired experience in Marketing and Corporate strategy in institutions of different industries and core businesses. Through an experience within a financial institution, Kenza built a strong interest linking customer experience and the digitalization of business processes. She also had the opportunity to assist public and private organizations in the development of their strategy, mainly through the conception and launch of new offers.
Today, Kenza has joined VIALYBER with the aim of using the skills she has acquired in view of assisting financial institutions in dealing with the complexity of their various transformations.

Al-Isrâa ABOUTIMAN, consultant
Al-Isrâa received her master degree at Mines Télécom Institut Business School. She has been involved for the past 4 years in digital transformation projects and change management for large financial groups in the public and private sectors.
She has significant experience in project management and operational transformation. Through these different projects,Al-Isrâa has been able to appreciate the importance of accompanying institutions in their digital shift by providing them with precise expertise while making them aware of the methodologies deployed by new entrants.
Within VIALYBER, she wishes to continue to accompany financial actors to better understand their environment in order to propose relevant solutions. Thus, she wishes to develop the VIALYBER entity on the African continent and to promote the profession of consultant through two strong pillars: freedom of action and efficiency.
